How much does a project cost?
It depends on the scope. After a first call and a short analysis, you receive a written proposal. If you have a budget in mind, feel free to mention it in the form. That way we can be realistic about what it will cover.
How long does a project take?
That depends on the scope and on how quickly feedback can happen on your side. We set out the timeline in the proposal so you can plan around it.
Can you work with our existing website or software?
Yes, where it makes sense. We check what is worth keeping and connect existing systems rather than rebuilding everything.
How do you handle data protection when using AI?
Before anything goes live, we clarify which data is processed, where that happens and who has access. Where needed, we use providers that process data in the EU, or design the solution so sensitive data never leaves your business. This is not a substitute for legal advice.
What do we need to prepare?
To start, just a short description of what you have in mind. We work out everything else together in the first call.
Do you stay involved after launch?
If you'd like us to. Maintenance and further development are optional, and we agree the scope individually.
